2. Hosting and technical provision
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur. Providing the website may generate server logs containing IP addresses, access times, requested URLs, browser and device information, referrers and technical status codes. The purpose is website provision, security and fault analysis. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting a legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website. Logs are processed for the retention periods set by the technical system and contract; the specific IONOS retention period should be verified with the host.
3. Technically necessary storage
The website provides light, dark and automatic appearance modes. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key atrium191-theme and can be removed by deleting website data. WordPress administration uses technically necessary session and security cookies when you log in. No advertising or analytics services are currently planned; if the website is expanded, this policy will be updated and consent obtained where required.
4. Contacting us
If you choose to contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Contact details are retained only as needed for the enquiry and statutory retention requirements. The enquiry form shown on this demonstration website is currently a prototype that does not send messages; it does not yet transmit a live property enquiry. Please use the stated contact channels for binding enquiries.
5. External content and links
Links to other websites open independent services whose respective operators are responsible for their data processing. Architectural renderings and fonts used in the demonstration are currently served from the website’s own WordPress installation. This information will be expanded if additional maps, videos, 3D services or marketing functions are enabled.
6. Recipients and data transfers
Technical service providers such as IONOS process the data required for operation within their respective contractual roles. The demonstration form currently does not transmit data to external marketing or CRM services. Any future live contact facility will be documented separately before launch.
7. Your rights
Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21 GDPR). You can contact info@odpc.de us. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, datenschutz.rlp.de.
9. Updates
This information describes the current demonstration environment. It will be updated if the technical system, functions or operator responsibilities change. Further general information: ODPC privacy policy.
